Bill “Hippie” Woolf is a Senior Advisor at the Patriot Group. Prior to retirement, Colonel Woolf was a senior space operator and systems engineer with 24+ years of experience in high-impact operations, staff leadership, and technical program management positions, with broad experience in highly classified, highly sensitive special access programs and Joint All-Domain Command and Control. Col Woolf has over 11 years’ combined experience in DoD Space Test Program (STP) requirements, plans, concepts of operations, and intelligence collection and assessment plans for sensitive space control, intelligence, and missile defense capabilities, led the development of a space domain defense concept and developed new standard for theater space support requirements. He is also the founding member of the Space Force Association.
Col Woolf received his Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University, a Master of Science from Montana State University and was awarded a Masters of Strategic Studies from Maxwell AFB and USAF Air War College. He is also a graduate of the United State Air Force Weapons School.
